Mental wellbeing, isolation and musculoskeletal health have ben identified as the three biggest challenges for home workers. But managing the health of your remote teams can be difficult.
Through our experiences and customer research we have developed the YOLO Wellbeing DSE Health and Mental Wellbeing sessions, to specifically address these challenges, caused by the lockdown restrictions.
In this engaging and interactive event, we'll provide a taster of these sessions, PLUS:
> We will share insights for the challenges employees say they are facing
> Provide take away tips to help manage musculoskeletal health and mental wellbeing
> Get you active with our relaxing mobilisation and gentle breathing exercises

Through the delivery of sessions we have identified 41% of participants with musculoskeletal pain and enabled intervention for 6% of participants suffering poor mental health.
