The programme is specifically aimed at the Advanced and Manufacturing Sector (AEM) focusing on recovery and growth from the pandemic. In a climate where recruiting is tough and unemployment is at an all-time low, this interactive and engaging session will focus on what we need to retain our workforce. Protecting the talent we have rather than lose our talented teams and struggle to replace them.   Rachel’s highly engaging and impactful talk covers the 5 key elements that businesses need to enrich teams and leaders. V.A.L.U.E. Rachel explains how to develop trust through sharing successes, being vulnerable and showing up.
