The North West Fund for Mezzanine

Ideal for fast growing innovative businesses which need more finance than their bank will provide, This Fund is part of the £155m North West Fund which is financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the European Investment Bank as part of the JEREMIE programme, which aims to improve access to finance for SMEs. The fund provides finance from £750k to £2m to support expansion plans. Capital structures can include a combination of equity, quasi-equity or mezzanine capital and loans (linked to equity) as best suits the needs of the company. To qualify for these funds your business must be based in the North West with a turnover of c. £3m.
