- Raising and sending invoices
- Credit control (chasing due/overdue invoices)
- Communication with schools and venues regarding booking training and other services
- Input of information to new BMS/CRM
- Clearing backlog of general administrative tasks such as uploading invoices and remittances
- Basic payroll duties
- Basic administrative tasks
I require someone with the following:
- Assertive, confident, professional, and cheerful disposition
- Attention to detail
- Experience of working in, or awareness of the education sector
- Ability to work with team members and on their own initiative
- Experience of Sage software for accounting and payroll
- Experience of invoicing, credit control, Microsoft Office, basic accountancy and general office duties
The post will initially be office based in Blackburn but there may be some potential to undertake some work remotely in due course. This will initially be for 2.5 days per week.
