At Dalvi's all meals are cooked from scratch; hence we need passionate candidate who understand the chemistry between quality food ingredients, herbs and spices and loves to be in the kitchen.
· The preparation, cooking and service of food as directed by the chef in charge
· To complying to the food safety act
· Adhere to company portion control and presentation standards
· Ensure the correct disposal and storage of all food items as directed by the chef in charge
You will be required to work:
Thursday 1pm to 8pm
Friday 4pm to 10:30pm
Saturday 4pm to 10:30pm
And may be some Sunday's from 4pm to 8pm
