This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a motivation to work in a busy office environment to gain a wide range of administrative skills along with a formal business administration qualification.


We are currently recruiting for Business Administration Apprentices working as key team members in our busy Penrith, Barrow, Blackpool, Lancaster and Preston Offices.

Based in Preston the successful candidate will support the existing administration teams with the efficient application of all required services including:

  • Answering telephones
  • Greeting customers
  • Maintaining electronic records
  • Supporting Advisers in their preparation for delivering customer appointments and supporting group work delivery


These are excellent opportunities for people wanting a longer term career with internal progression opportunities.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge and/or an interest in Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills

Qualification Required:

  • 4 GCSEs at grades A*- C (9-4) including Maths and English (or equivalent) are desirable or willingness to complete Functional Skills Level 2.

Training Required:

  • Your B&FC apprenticeship is made up of several different elements and each one reflects your individual abilities and career goals. Our expert tutors and assessors all benefit from relevant industry experience and will support you to achieve all your goals.

  • An understanding good customer service and telephony skills
  • A willingness to learn
