Job Title: Claims Advisors
Salary: Starting salary £17,750 DOE

LHR are pleased to be working in partnership with an international business who are going through an exciting period of expansion. Our client works on behalf of the world’s leading insurers, brokers and fleet managers. They are now looking for Claims Advisors to join their purpose built location in Burnley.
As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for communicating with customers who have had either a motor accident, or an incident at home which means they need to make a claim. You’ll also be liaising with many different stakeholders to ensure that the claim is settled as soon as possible, as well as keeping the customer up to date throughout the process. These are full time roles working 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
The Key Duties of the Claims Advisors:
·Liaise with internal and external customers/ stakeholders
·Answer stakeholder queries and questions, providing excellent customer service
·Ensure the claims management system is accurate and current
·Answer inbound and outbound telephone enquiries, selling services where required
·Adhere to service levels and standard in line with client philosophy
·Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies
The Successful Claims Advisors:
·Previous experience within call handling would be preferred, claims experience is distinct advantage, and you will have the ability to manage a broad range of circumstances
·Comfortable working towards agreed contact centre-based SLA’s, KPI’s and objectives
·Self-motivated, able to understand the customer’s needs and deal with them empathetically and professionally
·Competent in the use of MS Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
·Confident working in a fast-paced environment
