Job Title: Compliance Administrator

LHR are proud to be partnered with a successful healthcare recruitment agency that specialise in supplying locum medical personnel into primary care settings. Established for over 10 years, they are now looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their team at Blackburn.
The Compliance Administrator is a pivotal role for the business to ensure the candidate base and pipeline has all the relevant documents needed to be placed into work. Working closely with the sales team, you will manage the compliance process for all active and newly registered candidates through verbal and electronic communication.

The Compliance Administrator role:
·Liaising with candidates daily
•Receiving and uploading documents in a timely and accurate manner
•Develop a good understanding of the NHS, the industry, work culture and environment
•Overseeing and taking responsibility for the compliance of each candidate
•Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates made compliant on a weekly and monthly basis, and achieve % targets of candidates compliant in your bank
•Working with the sales floor to establish their candidate priorities
•Selling the benefits of having a compliant file to candidates
•Working alongside set processes and procedures to ensure best practice in terms of compliance
The successful Compliance Administrator:
•Previous experience within a process driven administrative environment
•Strong working knowledge of MS Office packages such as Word, Outlook & Excel
•Excellent communication skills
•Highly organised with a good eye for detail
