LHR are proud to be partnered with one of Europe’s leading tour operators in the mass participation events sector. The business is also the exclusive partner of the world’s number one active sports and leisure resort in Lanzarote.
Due to company growth this newly created role based in the Manchester office working in the reservations team is designed to look after clients over the phone and email you will help to secure their reservation, tailoring their holiday and activities to their exact needs.

The Customer Service Advisor in the Reservations team role:
·Processing bookings via the phone, online and e-mail
·General Administration duties including – Filling, Invoicing, Accommodation vouchers, Scanning/Shredding.
·Liaise with other departments and suppliers
·Ensuring all records and files are kept up to date and accurate.
·Take responsibility for special projects as directed and assist in other areas of the business when required.
·Proactively look for new opportunities to pursue.
·Attend sporting events in PR/Representation capacity where required and may include travel overseas to events.
·The role may require weekend working on occasion, either in the office or at an event, although the main days of operation are Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm with 1 hour lunch
·Working to KPI’s
The successful Customer Service Advisor in the reservations team
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Positive attitude and use of initiative.
·Ideally have experience of working in a tour operator and/or have sports experience.
·Approachable and willing to work as part of a team.
·Competent use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
·Strong planning capability.
