Alliance Learning is collaborating with Earful, an excellent company dedicated to enhancing ear health for patients in the local vicinity. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice for our Bolton office. In this role, you will support administration for our nationwide sites, delivering top-notch service to our customers. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to work towards your Customer Service Level 2 Qualification, a 17-month journey. Join us in making a positive impact on ear health!

Engaging with customers through various platforms is a key element of customer service. It plays a vital role in any organisation, making an apprenticeship a great starting point. As you get to know the company's workings, you'll grow into a valuable member of the team.

Hours and Location:

This is a full-time role which involves working 37.5 hours per week. This vacancy is based at Earful Ltd, 29-31 Knowsley Street, Bolton, BL1 2AS. (Bolton Town Centre)

Reporting to the Office Manager, the main responsibilities for a Customer Service Practitioner are:

• Undertake general administration and secretarial tasks for various clinic locations. • Manage social media platforms, MS Office, CRM systems, and online portals. • Handle communication tasks, including telephone calls and email inquiries. • Process customer payments and consent forms. • Supervise client bookings and contribute to team meetings. • Maintain and suggest improvements for client and business records. • Manage Earful’s filing system for both paper and electronic records. • Stay up to date with relevant Health & Safety issues and governance issues. • Assist in maintaining a safe and secure clinic location.
