Helical Technology Limited are pleased to offer the opportunity of full time, permanent employment for an HR Level 3 Apprentice. The role will encompass all generalist aspects of the HR function covering advisory and administrative duties.
For this role we require someone who is looking to forge a career in Human Resources. The applicant MUST be able to drive and should have their own means of transport as the role covers two sites 4 miles apart.
The HR Level 3 Apprentice will take full responsibility for the day to day administrative duties across the HR Department including but not limited to:
Recruitment and talent selection – booking interviews, preparing interview packs, informing potential candidates of outcomes, completing offer letters.
Employee Relations – Note taking in all investigation/Disciplinary/Grievance meetings for HRBP and Head of HR. Ensuring all packs of information are collated and correct. Taking witness statements.
Training and Development – updating the Training tracker and linking Training Request forms, collating all approvals for training, issuing claw back agreements.
Performance management – collating appraisals results, updating appraisals trackers, collating midyear appraisal information and updating appraisal tracker.
OD – Supporting HR projects and consultations with paperwork and 1-2-1 packs etc. taking part in presentations and advising employees accordingly.
Additional Duties – Time and Attendance tracking, supporting uniform orders and distribution of uniform, being available on site to field footfall questions from employees.
