As the business grows Perfect Recruitment and Perfect Construction are looking for an office admin person to work with the team with a varied job role.
We are looking for someone who has exceptional attention to detail. When it comes to Payroll and invoices a business can little afford any errors this is a skill on its own. The ideal admin person will have in depth experience with SAGE and XERO. The business is looking to move its accounts from SAGE across to Xero hence experience with both.
The idea Admin person will be able to implement systems to streamline the business have great vision and make the job their own.
Invoice inputting using Auto-entry or implementing a similar system.
Experience in running a weekly and monthly Payroll.
Organising suppliers and looking for the best prices constantly.
Creating weekly invoices to clients.
Creating spreadsheet and collating weekly figures from the team.
Analysing trends of the business
Some interviewing of candidates and completing the correct paperwork and rights to work.
A knowledge of recruitment would be a great advantage.
This position could be full or part time depending on tasks taken on. We are looking for someone flexible who wants to grow with the business.
There is no on-site parking available currently so parking would be near by the office.
Salary is negotiable depending on hours of work and experience within the accounting profession.
