Job Title: Operations Administrator
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 DOE

LHR are proud to be partnered with a growing manufacturing business who are looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team. Our award-winning client is an industry leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of products for the construction industry. This is an exciting time to join this company, as they continue to expand and invest in their facilities and staff development.
The focus of the Operations Administrator is to provide administrative support across the fast-paced production planning and purchasing departments.
Key duties of the Operations Administrator:
·Daily updates and maintenance of all production planning records
·Assist the purchasing team, raising purchase orders and works orders, and build supplier relationships
·Progress chase and expedite materials from suppliers to ensure goods are delivered in a timely manner
·Input import declarations, liaising with the import agent and monitor and maintain documentation
·Liaise with the manufacturing team and commercial operations
·Assist with supplier performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
The successful Operations Administrator:
·Highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
·Good knowledge of MS Office packages including Outlook & Excel
·Some previous administration experience is preferred
