The Position
An opportunity has become available for a Restaurant and Event Manager to join our Leadership, Management and Lifestyle department on a permanent term time only basis, working 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year.
This post is ideal for a candidate with hospitality experience who is looking for sociable working hours.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying, driving, and delivering opportunities to maximise restaurant income through effective marketing and management. Support the work of teaching staff and coordinate all financial operations relating to the restaurant. Manage and coordinate the restaurant to ensure operations provide an outstanding experience for both students and customers.
The role will require the successful post-holder to work until 9.30pm one evening a week. The successful post-holder will also require a flexible approach to support other events that occur outside of normal working hours.
