Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 DOE

LHR are proud to be partnered with a growing manufacturing business who are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team. Our award-winning client is an industry leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of products for the construction industry. This is an exciting time to join this company, as they continue to expand and invest in their facilities and staff development.
The Sales Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all customers, providing the highest level of customer support across a range of technical queries.
Key duties of the Sales Coordinator:
·Process all incoming sales orders from customers and sales representatives
·Follow the returns process through to refund or exchange
·Daily customer contact to resolve issues and handle escalated queries
·Liaise between logistics, sales, couriers, and warehouse to support the delivery process
·Assist with technical queries
The successful Sales Coordinator:
·Previous experience within sales/customer service administration is preferred, ideally within a manufacturing environment
·Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong internal & customer relationships
·Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
·Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook & Excel
