Job Title:Sales Development Executive
Salary:£25,000 - £30,000 + Company Car

LHR are partnered exclusively with a fast-growing recycling business in Blackburn. Our client specialises in the recycling of furniture, with a client base of major retailers. With a rapidly growing business and a high turn over of stock, they are now looking for 2 Sales Development Executives to join their team and drive their sales and profit as they move into the next phase of their journey.
What’s in it for you as a Sales Development Executive:
·Salary between £25,000 - £30,000 dependent upon experience
·40 hours per week Monday - Friday
·Company Car Hybrid or Electric

Key Duties of a Sales Development Executive:
·Working within the B2B sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets
·Identify and convert new client acquisition
·Building and maintaining new client relationships
·Creating and completing new sales opportunities
·Closing new deals maximising revenue and profitability
·Keeping pace with a constantly changing marketplace and anticipate market trends, competitive threats and commercial opportunities within the area
·Cultivating new leads within the sales strategy
The successful Sales Development Executive must be/have:
·Target driven and self-motivated
·Organised and professional
·A strong negotiator
·Have a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving incremental sales
·Be proficient in IT - Microsoft and CRM
·Be commercially aware
·A full clean driving license
