Job Title: Supply Chain Planner (Stock Control)
Location: Burnley
Salary: Circa £25,000 depending on experience
LHR are proud to be partnered with a successful business in Burnley. Our client is a long- established family run business supplying BBQ and Charcoal products to major high street retailers. They are now looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join their Stock Control Team.
This is a varied role, working within the Stock Control area you will be involved in purchasing, planning and scheduling shipments, goods inward, despatch and general stock control along with general admin duties.

Key duties of the Supply Chain Planner:
·Raising purchase orders with suppliers
·Supplier maintenance and pricing
·Liaising with suppliers, planning and scheduling shipments
·Signing off Invoices
·Planning within the factory
·General stock control duties
·Goods inward
·Control of reject stock and supplier debit notes
·Customer returns and potential supplier debit notes
·Assisting other stock control team members where needed, also other departments in season in relation to sales, goods outbound/transport requirements
·Work closely with all other internal departments
·Excellent communication skills
·Excellent IT skills
The Successful Supply Chain Planner:
·To comply with Company Health & Safety policies and procedures

·Use equipment properly and in accordance with instructions and training
·Report serious and immediate dangers and any shortcomings in the employer’s protection arrangements
